Ookay, so let's start. The name's Lydia. I'm 14 but a lot of people think that I'm a whole lot older? I'm a freshman in highschool. I loove giving advice and the idea of helping people. I hatehatehate labels. I think that they're just a cheap, stupid way of giving bitchy, annoying people a reason not to talk to a person and get to know someone. I will NEVER label anyone.

Okay so I am 14/f and will be graduating from 8th grade this year. The only thing is i do not want to go to my graduation because i dont want to have to walk infront of all the people, this is because I have Cerebral Palsy. It is a disorder that cause tight hamstings and makes me walk ver different from others. I am very self consious of this. I want to be a part of graduation but walking on stage and down an aisile(sp?) really acres me. I know that other should not judge me but. I just really dont know what to do any advice would help.I also have a big problem with stage fright and public things such as this ..if that means anything.
I know that its hard for you to overcome something like this. but, im sure your classmates will have a great deal of respect for you if you do decide to walk. i have stage fright too and i hate public speaking but im learning to get over it by subjecting myself to it. i hope that helps =]
