I have many issues when it comes to my weight. I'm 15..16 next month, 5 ft 4 in tall, and weigh 120 lbs....i guess that's a reasonable amount...the problem is i think i'm fat...my friends are like pencils and i feel fat around them...i don't really think i'm fat when it comes to my stomach, it's just that i have huge hips. Does anyone know how to make your hips smaller! ex: any exercise techneques, that would be awesome!!!

hunny b u dont need to lose weight..but i am the same way with you i weight 105 and i think i am fat! but in ur case losing hip fat or extra skin is very trick..do yogo or piliates.. heres a hint strench up and bend to the side and stuff that helps alot!
