when or after you start your period do you have to wear a pad, or tampon all the time after you start it like everyday do you have to wear one. sorry. i dont know. i haven't started mine and im scared. lol.

you only need to wear it when your on it!
when i strted mine i was like im gonna wear one all the time just in case! but like that was stupid! lol
you onl need to wear it when your on it! you'll be able to tell when your about to start and sometime you can tell when your almost off!!

but yeah you no you dont have to wear one alll the time unless your on it
