I'm sure people on this site has at one point have read "The Outsiders". For school, could you rate it on a scale 1-10? 10 being the highest? And, what did you think of Dally's death? Was it important? Did it mean anything? Thanks. (link)

Ahh, that books so good. I agree with what the person below me said, I never would of thought to read it, had I not been forced to by school. Haha, anyway Dally's death shows how much everyone in the gang cared for him. He was so important in the story, and his death just made it seem like it was impossible to go on. I'd give it a 9, or maybe even a 10. :]
