I look like my mother in this picture...is that a good thing?! Lol.
I often feel like I have been through far too much for my age. I've battled depression (several times), emotionally abusive relationships, men walking all over me, an eating disorder and a suicide attempt and I still pulled through. And if I can then you can too.
I'm a great listener, so feel free to ask me anything, I WILL reply to you. Be warned though, my advice is very blunt and I'll say exactly what I think! But then 9 times out of 10 people need to hear the truth rather than be wrapped in cotton wool!

I'm 5"4' and 160 lbs. That doesn't sound that 'fat' but I'm also 13 years and my doctor thinks it's too fat and that was the cause of my 'monthly's' stopping for 4 months early last year! I really need an appropriate diet to lose some pounds because I feel fat and since I have to maintain school and homework, chores, etc. it's tough to not eat.
Recently I've been on a diet with food and water and no snacks but I did eat a few snacks and after 4 bottles of water...I felt reallly bloated! So How Do I use my water and food (lunch) diet without the snacks...the temptation of the snacks? Does anny one know how to avoid buyin em? (link)

I can't tell you to simply stop eating snacks cos we both know it's just not that easy. What you CAN do is to not take money to school or wherever it is you purchase the snacks. If you don't have the money to buy snacks you can't eat them! Instead take healthy snacks such as fruit to school. And make sure you eat 3 balanced meals a day. I know weight loss is hard, I'm facing the same problem right now. But be strong-willed and you CAN do it! :)
