i am really concerned about my friend and i think she is cutting, what are some signs of someone who is cutting?
please help, i dont want to talk to her about it unless i know for sure.
People who cut often wear long sleeves even when it is warm out. However it is winter. Sometimes they wear short sleeves and hide cuts under a wrist band. Although not all people who self injure cut their wrists. Whenever she raises her hand or arm does she pull her sleeve down so it doesnt expose her wrist? Another sign is if she seems to itch her arms. When you cut and they start to heal they can be very itchy, but not with everyone as we are all different.
Has she been going through alot in her life right now? Does she seem down alot?
