hey how old do you have to be to get your tounge peirced without your parents permission?

You have to be 18. If your getting it done at the mall you'll have to be 18 but MAYBE if you go to a friends or a person who has it not in a mall or something you might be able to get it if youre 15.

If youre lucky you might find them at the dollar stores or something. Im positive you can get them at the stands in the middle in the mall. You can try those jewlery stores that sell the fake stuff. You maybe can find them at department stores ex:wal-mart,target,khols,sears,etc.
