okay well this boy that i like is going to the dance this friday and i've been meaning to ask him if i should give up on him.. or if he is going to give me another chance... how does this sound to you...
(i'm gonna ask him to dance and he will say yes if i go up and ask him myself... ) then while were dancing i'm going to say to him " okay i need to ask you a question but you have to give me a straight answer and a truthful one or else it will be useless for me to even ask you =] so .. i wanted to know if you are going to give me another chance soon like in the next month or should i move on and not wait for you to come around" is that good.. should i switch anything around?

Don't tell him that your willing to move on because that'll show him that you're not willing to give it your all for him. Just ask him if he's going anywhere with this and how he still feels about you. Most people aren't very forgiving these days so whatever you did, you need to show him it was a mistake and that you're desperate for him.
