I am having friends for dinner this weekend, and one women is not allowed ANY dairy in her diet. (She is a new mom and is breastfeeding-and for some reason can't have dairy). I can not figure out what kind of dessert to serve. It can't contain butter, chocolate, or milk. Any ideas? (link)
How many people are attending? If there are several, it doesn't make sense to customize the meal for just 1 person. Make whatever you want, if it has dairy in it, just tell her that she shouldn't have any. Because honestly, deserts without butter, chocolate, or milk just plain suck. :)

It is a small dinner party, and she is a good friend, so yes I would like to accommodate her. I WANT to make a non-dairy dessert for her.
