About Hebasquash

Hey, Well I am Ian and I currently live in Arizona. I choose to make an advice column becasue I help my friends out with their problems and I do a decent job at it. I may just be another profile up here, but really give me a shot, I have seen a lot and know what the real world is about. If I can't answer your question then I will do research on it, to do my best to answer it.
Cya when I see ya,
Ian

I'm a 17/m and I'm starting to work out again. I naturally extremely strong legs, but my knees are not capable of lifting as much as my legs are because I haven't worked out in a while.

So, what's the best way to build them up? Should I do as much as I can, or less than I can with high reps?

Do lighter weight to start out, but with more reps. Then start getting more weight, also at the same time dont over do it, or you may blow out your knees, because they are not used to the weight.

Ian
