Every guy that I like only thinks of me as a 'good friend'. What should I do? Should I act different, telling them that I like them doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't like being just everyone's friend,...I want more than that... (link)

Ah the classic. Been there, done that, got the t-shirts emblazoned with "Look!! I'm a girl too!!!". Isn't it amazing how guys can sit and whine about "nice guys" finishing last without giving a second thought to the types of girls they themselves like?
Let me see, you're either quiet or "one of the lads" (loosly translates to having a sense of humour or some intelligence). The best advice I can give you is to stick with who you are, you're clearly liked and it just takes time for people to get bored with the "girlfriends" that they can't actually talk to or have a friendship with. Patience is the key.
In the meantime guy mates are pretty damn cool, don't underrate them. Less bitchy, less complicated (mainly), and they'll make you feel protected and cared for in a way girls just don't. Nice to have a balance.
Have fun, hope the wait isn't too long xx
