I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and also I know alol about eating disorders, as I have had one, and gay/bi issues I know a lot about! I'm also a computer whiz and know loads of HTML and that kind of stuff. Basically ANY kind of question-- I can answer! Hope to you help you.

alright, i'm 14 years old and i'm around.. 5'3" or possibly 5'4" and im about 106lbs. I'm just asking.. is that really skinny? I mean, I have like, real high metabolism ( both my parents have it ) and all my friends say I'm too skinny and that I need to gain some weight. I'm just having some trouble. How would I go about doing that? Cause I'm not gonna sit there and like, pig out till' i die. I just don't want people thinking i'm anorexic or something. I mean I'm really not that skinny. I think I'm averagley skinny. =/ I don't know. Please help.
Signed,
Sad to be skinny
I the exact same height and the exact same weight. I am not anorexic.
Trust me, people are just jealous =)
As long as your healthy, you can be overweight or underweight and it just DOESN'T matter. I eat VERY VERY healthy. Maybe I need to eat more junk, I don't know, but anyway be happy that your thin. Take it from someone who has had HUNDERDS of doctors visits and a CRAP CRAP CRAP load of medical problems, yet not ONE of them are due to my weight. In any way shape or form.
Let me ask you-- do you have a lot of muscle? Because that would be the best thing for you to do. Gain muscle. It weights more than fat, and if you work out enough you'll gain weight. I have been working out lately and i'm up to 110. You won't LOOSE weight by doing this, trust me. You'll gain weight. You'll be more healthy, too!
(Rating: 5) Thanks so much for the advice! It really helped! =] Well trust me - I eat PLENTLYYY of junk foods lol. Yeah I'm considering going up to 110, I don't know. Anyways thanks so much for the advice though. Really helped
