advice
i dont get this well i never take in more then 2000 callories a day more like 1000-1500 but like im putting on weight!!! the only way i lose any is if i dont eat for a day or i have no breakfast no lunch and like a salad for dinner which i have sometimes! but i dont get it.
i did lose about half a stone last year im 51.6kg and 5'2 btw im almost 15 if that helps x x x
Girls generally stop actually growing at the age of 16. You are most likely putting on weight because you are about to get taller. You need to keep eating to get the proper nutrients you need for everyday. Don't worry about it...youre just growing! If you're still really worried about it exercise more often, maybe that will help you feel better.
