I am over weight and i have tryed exercise and diets and im only 13 so i cant do anything like pills. But i seriosly need help im like 5 2 and 150lbs please please help! What do you think i should do?

I've managed to lose about 10 pounds recently by halving the amount i have for breakfast (and always having breakfast), eating just fruit for lunch and having a normal main meal for dinner with no dessert. In addition i've stopped eating bread because i think this puts on weight. For snacks i eat little cereal bar things that are about 100 calories each and have less than 5 grams of fat per 100g. To find this out you check the food labels. This should work!
