ok so i bascially love this kid hes 15, im 13. people always say flirt with him, but whenever i do, hes always like dosent back. i need advice as to wha i can do.

maybe he's just not that great at flirting so its hard to tell when he is..or he just isn't.
it may be that he needs to brush up on his flirting skills or, honestly, he might not be into you.
if you really want to find out, let him know how you feel. don't make him feel like he needs to ask you out right away..just say you like him and want to get to know him better and want to know if he feels the same way.
of he doesn't like you back, don't take it personally. i'm 15 and i know a lot of my guy friends wouldn't go for a 13 year old..but some would. it depends on the guy.
if he does feel the same way, be aware that he is 2 years older. it usually doesn't matter much..but at your ages..there is a difference between relationships when you are 13 and relationships when you are 15. this also depends on the people. so, just be aware.
