I need help... I have really suicidal times... and tonight was the worse... I almost slit my throat... my girlfriend didnt seem to care... she says she loves me but she wouldnt talk to me and kept ignoring me and making it worse... i tried to tell her i needed her but she rushed me off and hung up... what should i do... Okay. I don't think your girlfriend intentionally meant to come off as mean as she did. When you were on the phone with her did you TELL her about your suicidal thoughts? If you did, that probably scared her and made her uncomfortable. And if she doesn't know about your situation, I suggest you tell her and ask her for support. If she TRULY cares about you she'll be willing to help you out. Now, don't take this the wrong way, but if you're worried abut your self, maybe you should talk to a psychiatrist?
Please don't do anything to hurt yourself. Committing suicide doesn't solve any problems and it will just cause other to feel pain like you are. I'm here if you have anything else to say.

I told her how I was, and everything, she just didnt care, she said.."Okay Zoe, Whatever, Bye" and hung up... and she also said "Dont do that, I'm busy bye" No emotion in it whatsoever... I wish I knew why she was acting this way to me... Thank you for answering my question...
