how do you approach a stranger at a party? i'm a really shy 16 year old, and i can't approach strangers. what's an easy way to? what's your experience with approaching people? don't be scared and just do it? but do what? (link)

The eaisest thing to do, for me...is to walk up and say 'Hello'. Then ask them what their name is, do they like the party, ect. And it's not as mortifying as it sounds-if it turns out they don't 'click' with you, it's not like they're going to remember and try to kill you, or something drastic like that. But usually, good results come out of a little bit of nerve.
