My best friend is 13 and I'm almost 14. I got my period last november and she still hasnt gotten it.
So we were talking about it one nite because i got it that nite. So she was like damn it I want mine and I was like you shouldnt. Than she was like my mom told me that when your friends get their periods your more likely to get yours around that time too. I was like really thats weird.
Now is this a true statement or a wild guess I mean because to me it sounda a little out there.
Its a little weird so i didnt know where to put this question.
it isn't always true, but it's possible. if two friends are really really close and do like everything together, have the same eating habits, have the same sleeping pattern, and exercise the same then there's a chance you'll get them near each other. like if you go to camp in the summer, you'll notice all of the girls have their periods at the same time, cuz you're all doing the same activities.
