okay...this guy told me that i had sex appeal today and i dont know if i should have taken it as a compliment or an insult.

so could someone tell me what sex appeal is and if its a compliment or and insult.

BTW: im 13/f and i rate 5 for NONsmartass answers.

he wants to have sex with you.
if he's hot its a compliment,
if he's not,its a bit gross.
