advice

I'm starting out as a freshman in high school. I have no idea what eyeliner color is great on caramel tan skin or what brand name I should get for any eye liner thats noticable.. but not too visable. Just right for nice face but not over done. any ideas?

Benefit, easy to purchase and fairly cheap from Sephora, you could also get it from other makeup stores too I'm pretty sure, or in Macy's at the mall. I like to use navy blue, and I think it might look really good on yours too, it would be more noticable on a little bit tanner skin. You can use black,but it might not look as vibrant as a dark blue would. And trust me, it's nothing crazy either, like it's not some psycho metallic color, it's taken just as serious as the black.
