Q: Ok well i am overweight i guess you could say. for the past couple days i have been doing crunches and pushups at nights, and i have been eating mostly liek low fat non-flavord yogurt and stuff like that. I am also in cheerleading and i have practices 2 times a week. i will soon be starting v-ball...how long do you think results will come to being skinnier??

I've been always thinkin I've been overeweight but sometimes, i feel just better when ppl tell me dat i'm really not then after they say that i look in the mirror and i know i'm not so I think you just need a kind word because every1 is pretty in a diff. way! Maybe if you take that deep look in the mirror you will find the real you, the really pretty you, but if you think that you are fat and you really wanna be skinnier, i think biking is the best way to loose weight easily, you dont have to stop eating but just eat less then you did b4!
