okay well theres this guy lets call him 'jesse' and well i like him. he likes me also. how should i ask him out? should i ask him out or wait for him? he asked for my number the other night. do you think i should wait a while longer and then ask? please help i will rate high! (link)

If you like him then dont waste anytime! And if he knows you like him then he is waiting for you to ask the question. If you are a shy person you should call him on the phone and be like, I like you a lot and you like me so... i was wondering if you wanted to go out with (put a "if not then thats ok" to make him feel like he isnt on the spot and answer so soon) then be like if you want to think about it or whatever thats fine but i would really love to go out with you cuz i think you are a great guy. Just explain how you are feeling but dont make it too mooshy kay? If you arent shy just tell him all that but in person and make sure you use good body language to make him feel comforatable dont twidle your thumbs or something... that will make him nervous.
