okay heres my problem..one of my best friends is going out with this guy two years older than her... and he has a REALLY bad rep like everyone knows him for having sex and using all these girls... but ive talked to her and him many times and hes changed a lot over the year, and he really likes my friend and he wont let her do anything too bad because he doesnt want her to think hes using her, but were going into highschool and i really am scared for her beacuse she will start to get the bad rep and no one understands there relationship and will think hes just using her.. what should i do and what should she do should she break up with him and wait till later in the year or what?

You should never break up with sum1 just because of their bad rep. I mean if you seriously love some one you really shouldnt care what others think! You friend needs to just ignore others they are just jealous.
