Hello i need some good food choices to eat for on a diet.
I know im supposed to eat fruits and veggies, but what kind of meals?
Also im having Chow Mein for dinner (my favorite) is that bad for you, if you want to lose weight?

It depends on wether your counting Calories, carbs, fat content or your just paring down on you meals. One major thing is that if you want to lose weight, drink nothing but water! There are sooo many empty calories in soda, juice and iced tead/lemonade that it blows your entire diet in just one glass! Unless you're excercizing, also stay away from sport and energy drinks.
