I have a friend who says I am her "best friend". Well, lately she hasn't been inviting me places. Like, she is always with other people. I have caught on that everytime she invites me out her other friends are busy. Do you think I am her second choice or maybe I am just overreacting? I have talked to her about it but she makes excuses.

Well, thats not very nice what shes doing.

If she says you guys are "best friends" you would be hanging out non stop. It doesn't really seem like shes the true friend, you should tell her how you feel, and see what she says. In the mean time, find a great friend that can make time for you and make you seem like you know their your "best friend". To make this simple, shes using you.
