You see.. i got back on weight watchers this week because my school's starting soon (too soon) and i want to slim down so I'm not the biggest girl in my class anymore. What are some fast pace exercises i can do (websites) or what are some tips. The weight watchers is working, slowly, but i want to speed up the process.

Try jogging in place or around your house for like 10 minutes, i know it doesn't sound like much but trust me it is. If thats too easy for you, add more time on to it or do some push up or situps to go along with it.
