i've recently become a vegitarian. my mother is worried that i wont get enough protein, what are some foods that i can eat that contain protein (besides meat, obviously)?

yes, there are, i can not think of any off the bat right now, but another route is protien drinks...i drink them to help me gain weight for football (dont worry, you have to drink them a certain way for that to happen, i have to drink them before and after i got lifting then before i go to bed at night) and all it is, is a powder that they tell you to put water (i put milk) with and you mix it up, and it doesnt taste all that bad...so if you are that worried about it, go out and get one of those, they sell them pretty much anywhere...
