I get mad really easily, and people notice. How do I control my temper before it gets way out of hand? (link)

OMG i know what you mean... i mean when it happens it seem like really big deal and it seems like you have right reason to be mad right?
then you think about it later, it seems like you shouldn't have handled it like that...
well i have same thing... and i am not saying its walk in the park to handle all that anger.
BUT get in a habit of THINKING what you are going to say and HOW others will act if YOU DO SAY that
and if its bad then just ignore them and DONT say it at all i know you are going to regret it if you do say it ( that happened to me soo many times)
and TALK to your close friends about your problem they will TRY to help you if they were real good friend ...because mine accepted that as part of me
and yours will too

and if you are really mad then write a letter first
and after you cool down, read it before sending it because YOU just might change mind about that
because i did that and when i was about to give it to the person, it seemed like it was my own fault and my anger problem
