i have underarm flab and some fat on my back...i mean im a pretty fit girl like my legs are skinny and my stomach is fine but my back and underarms are having a lil trouble...so what is a good excersise to get this crap off my back and underarms... ok i have same problem.. well i am fat all over but i have those arms and stuff. well i dont know about back but with arms i can hook you up with.
LIFT SOME WEIGHTS GIRL!
do some dumbell. not heavy ones like 50 pound but even with 3 pound dumbell and you do it every day 15-20 min per day (well if you are a starter you should only do it 5 min per day and raise it little by little because if you accidently go over board and pull your muscle its bad)
so do it only 5 min per day
and after week raise it to 10
and 15 and so on...
and it will get better so let me know how it went.
