Can you be 14 years old and apply for a college? And can you take the SAT at the age of 14 because I took the PSAT at 13 and I just want to know? Can you?

My daughter entered college when she was 13. She went to a college that didn't require the SAT, so that wasn't an issue for her. All they required was a highschool diploma. There is a local organization where we lived at the time that evaluates homeschoolers' portfolios and assigns them high school credits for the contents. They required her to write a term paper for a health credit; otherwise, her record was okay. They awarded her a diploma, and her graduation ceremony was held in the lieutenant governor's office. She transferred to Penn State and got her degree there. She is in grad school now. So yes, it can be done!
