when it comes to swimming i get very self concious! people think im skinny because at school i squeeze in all the time. but i love to wear2 peice bathingsiuts because if i weara 1 peice ill be the only oneand look like a geek. i have a little flab. what should i do (link)

everyone has a little flab..so don't worry about it. squeezing in doesnt really make that much of a difference so most likely you look great in a two piece. if you want..do crunches. when you find yourself sitting around..do them then! watching tv? great time.
