I always worry about what other people think of me constantly and I really just wanna relax.
Unfortunately I worry all the time and it's not like I'm overweight or anything I just worry 24/7. Can anyone give me advice on how to have lots of self confidence?

wow i am the perfect persomn to ask. i used tp be in your position to! wanna know what i did. simple, i didnt care. i didnt care what other people thoguht of what i wear. i mena like if it is close friends then you should care, but if it is someone who you arnt friedns with then ,who cares
