My whole life, I have always had a little chubby part on my body every now and then. I am looking for a way to start toning up my body so I can keep it that way. Any ideas or tips on how to keep a toned up body? (link)

Try doing some Crunches, also ever tohught about a sport, sports are good why for staying fit, soccer, softball, basketball, lacross and teniis are good sport to play.
