Not much to say...I am a quiet person who likes to read, play videogames, DDR, don't like TV that much, and I love to hang out with my friends.

advice

Alright I'm a 15 year old that wants to loose weight. i'm not excatly tiny but not excalty like obese(sp?) but want to be normal for my height. i have a problem with staying on task with the diet and would like some ideas on how i can stay with the diet. i will just end up eating a lot again...pleae help!

what i did was i substituted the food for stress with exercise or you can make a daily planner. i also exercise to my favorite song. hope i help rate me if i did.
