Oh, don't worry, he totally likes you. Sorry for asking so much.. but You dont have to be 18 to buy a test at a local drug store or so right?

Wellll... you don't have to be 18 to buy condoms, so I'd guess that you don't have to be 18 to buy a pregnancy test. And even if you did, I doubt anyone would try to stop you.

And if they do, you can always get tested by a doctor.
