I'm a lacrosse player (female) and it is my first year. I just started to become athletic, and since I'm running so much, my toes/feet hurt a lot if I run a lot. Is there anything I can do to get used to running a lot so my feet don't hurt as much? Thanks so much!

Try running toe to heel instead of heel toe, also strech your feet out.
