about

**** I've been gone quite a long time. However I'm still breathing though it's touch and go. Don't expect me to answer or check in much. ****

Welcome to the junkdrawer that is my brain! I know something about many things, and I if I don't know it, I admit that I don't know. That I am constantly finding things I know nothing about and correcting that ignorance keeps me busy and happy. More junk for the drawer.

I love and have experience with many types of animals, including the human. I don't offend easy and I am generally cynical and a smart-butt. I love to drive, read, work on the computer and I spend WAY too much time watching Anime and bidding on ebay.

advice

a lot of people keep coming up to me and asking me if i'm anorexic. i'm starting to thing i am now. people always tell me how skinny i am, but i think i'm fat. and i'm obsessive over what i eat, and i always weigh myself.

it's my stomach i don't like. when i stand up and squeeze my stomach there's like 2 inches of fat! is that normal?! =(.. i feel so fat. i want to try to have NO fat there. does anyone know any good exercises to get rid of that fat?

so i have 3 questions:
-do you think i might be anorexic?
-is all that fat normal? you can compare me to a normalish stomach or whatever, i don't care.
-what are some good exercises to get rid of that fat?

Anorexia nervosa is a psycological body image problem. You are showing signs of BECOMING anorexic, but I don't think you are. You eat, you are just obsessive over what you eat, that's not such a bad thing. The constant weighing IS an issue though. Your body image should be more in how you feel, not really how much you weigh. Did you realize that a huge percentage of those skinny models are actually concidered obese? It's not because the weigh too much, it's because they have a high percentage of body fat compared to their weight. So weight isn't everything. Now to help with your tummy? It sounds to me as though you need to join a gym if you can. Many have good programs with staff that can help you target your problem areas, like belly flab. Ab workouts and crunches should help, but you may need to eat more to help build the muscles once you start exercising. Luck!
