I am a 20 year old female, and I am a great listener. My friends always come to me for advice, and you can too. Ask me whatever you want, I will be happy to try to help you with ANY problem or dilemna. I will do my best to give you a great answer. Whatever you ask, I will never judge or make fun of you - I will be honest and respectful with you, telling you my advice with a kind and rational answer. I have traveled all over, had many unique opportunities and experiences, and have great friends from many different places all over the world. All the traveling has taught me a lot about different kinds of people and I have gained a lot of insight and perspective throughout it all. I'd like to think that some of what I have learned will be helpful to other people, and that I can offer advice that takes into account all that I have come across in my 20 years, both from my experiences and the experiences of those around me. I was also an elite athlete, so I have some experience in fitness/training/health questions as well. Thanks for visiting my column! Have a fantastic day!!

Hi, I'm going to a carnival dance and I'm not sure on what to wear. The weather is in the high forties to low fifties, but the place of the dance is EXTREMELY HOT.
Is this a good outfit:
White tank, black miniskirt, and pink tweed heels
OR .. ANY SUGGESTIONS? AND HAIR SUGGESTIONS? I'll rate high for appropriate answers. (link)

I think the outfit sounds cute, you just might want to swap the pink heels for black ones. Or...wear a cute, tight pair of dark jeans with the white tank and pink shoes. I think that would be adorable. Also, if you're going to be dancing alot, a mini skirt might not be the most comfortable thing to wear. I know when I am dancing, I don't want to have to worry about what my skirt is doing or what is showing. If you are like that, opt for the jeans instead, and keep the rest of the outfit. You may want to wear a cute little jacket (with either outfit) just so that you aren't cold walking into the dance, or walking out, and it will still look cute. Accent your outfit with pink things, to tie it in with your shoes, like a pink ribbon belt, or pink dangly earrings, or something like that. I'd wear your hair all down, or half down/half up...don't put it all up. Give it alot of body, and kind of let it be natural, so it has a cute casual, maybe tousled look.
Good luck, and I hope this helped a little bit!
Have a TON of fun!!!
