Hey everyone! I love listening to music and doing anything fun. I am currently taking dance classes and this is my 5th year. I also play field hockey and like to go running. I love giving people advice and helping people. If you ever need anything then just ask. Hi,
I'm 5"7, aged fourteen and weigh ten stone (which is 140 pounds I think). I know this isn't majorly overweight or anything, but I feel fat and would like, if possible, to gradually get down to nine stone (126 pounds). I wouldn't mind if this took, say a few months.
I exercise regulary but find it hard to stop snacking between meals. Has anyone got any tips into how to stop this?
Or any other gradual-dieting tips.
Any advice would be very much appreciated :-)

It's ok to snack between meals. But instead of having cookies or something, try having an apple or other healthy food? And for other meals try and have healthier eating habbits. If you exercise regularly and have a healthy diet, you will get down to your target weight in no time.
