Siblings! They know you so well, it's scary. I don't think you should try blackmail, because by what I read, she has black-mail on you too.. But I think the best way is to say something like "You're my sister, and I don't know why you're acting so immature. I wouldn't act this bad towards you, so I don't know why you have to be such a brat towards me" Or something like that.
