okay.. there is this guy who ive known for about two years.. and we have always just been friends.. and yea... so i asked him to ride the bus home with me today so that i wont be all alone and he did.. and when we were on there... he asked me.. "will you giv me a chance? " and i laughed and was like.. no!! because i thought he was joking.. but he wasnt and he got all sad.. and he got off at the next stop.. and it wasnt even his.. but yeah.. i feel bad.. and i dont know what to do.. i mean.. he is really nice and i would HATE to hurt him.. but yea.. what do you think i should do tomorrow when i see him?

if u like him then tell him. when you see him tommorow just go up to him and be like "hey im sorry bout yesturday i honestly thought u were juss playin. i would give u a chance, i didnt mean it like that. im sorry" that will prolly work. if u only like him as friend then tell him that your sorry, that it came out the wrong way.
