how do you tell a guy you don't like him if he likes you without hurting his feelings?!

i rate high! =)

1) tell him you have your eye on someone else that you've liked for a while
2) tell him you aren't looking for a bf right now
3) if he's your friend, tell him you don't want to make things weird between the two of you
