my BEST friend knows that i like this guy even though ik he probably doesnt like me and that he is a grade younger than me, but to me that doesnt matter. just a couple of days ago the guy i like i think is starting to liek my BEST friend and i think she likes him too and she knows that i like him alot! and he said that he wants to go out with her and she wants to go out with him, what should i do or tell her?

I think that you should talk to your friend and let her know how you feel. Tell her that it would make you feel really bad and you really wouldn't want it to happen.
