when you click to c the answers from the question that you asked then under it their are numbers 1-5 to rate the person if their good you should go for the higher numbers depending how good they are and if their bad then the lower numbers should be choosen. n thats only for the questions you ask and its an addition to the rating for their column so it does help them if you rate {{good}} lol if you rate bad it doesnt just to make it clear. hope i helpd.
