Q: how do i lose weight in my thighs and calves??
Well, the exercises that I do for legs are pretty easy. I call them leg lifts (not sure if that's what they are called but I call them that). Anyway, you lay on one side and you prop your head up with your hand and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting with 30 on each leg and if that's too easy then do more.
