im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

Diet and excersize.. Just eat smaller portions and don't snack in between meals.. eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. But don't eat at any other time.. you can have dessert once in a while but not every day... You need to also excersize.. crunches are good for your abs, do pushups for your arms.. or you can go to a workout room where you can use all of the equipment..
