try telling your friend that you dont like him
and he is hers and ask her if can can ask her boyfriend why he is stalking you. If he says he likes you tell him that you dont like him like that and ask him polietly to stop following you and make sure to tell your friend everything you said and he said. and if he doesn't stop get a RESTRAINING ORDER AND PUT HIM IN JAIL!!! just kidding just try to work things out and see what is up with this kid.
