Whatever your problem is, chances are I have dealt with it- either directly of indirectly- at some point in my life. I've worked as a Social Worker (with issues like mental illness, addiction, disabilities, eating disorders, etc.)

I've also taught school (to teens!)and have experience mentoring them.

In addition to that, I've lived in 4 different countries, many different cities, and worked jobs in all different fields from Software Sales to Fashion Designer.

This diverse life experience has given me knowledge on a wide variety of topics- which I hope I can put to good use here. :-)

So go ahead- ask away!

thank you soo much. i am in the hospital right now with my mother. and im gonna start eating jello right now. do you think that 10 calorie jello will work too? i would like to try some of that. i gained likee 5 pounds after a few weeks cuz ive been grounded and working and i cant ride my bike. so i became lazy. but yeah i have been taking prenatal vitamins ( i am not pregnant) and i went to sallys beauty supply and bought ions effective protein treatment i used it twice in the past ten days :D things are going good i guess!! my hair has gotten longer definitely but the thickness is slowly growing back it should take a few months

Thank you for the help, i have found a councellor that is going to help me, because i didnt know about the things you have told me i didnt think there was anything like that. i have spoken to the Paster at a church close to me, and he has sent me to see someone. Thank you very much for your answer and your support. It really helps

Thanks, that's the best advice I've gotten so far as she seems to think she's God's gift to men and reminds me of this frequently while challenging me to find someone better/more beautiful/fun/intelligent than she is along with constantly reminding me that she can get another guy with the mere flappig of her skirt.

We went after I posted this. I didnt know my mom called. She has pravo, we didnt know she needed two more shots after the first, so she needed up getting it. They gave us an IV bag we give to her everyday, and pills. Thank You. She had a kinda good night last night, she got up and got a drink, and peed on the floor, which is okay for now(the peeing on the floor) she didnt pee untill way early yesterday.. Thank you*

I've had this my whole life, you could say 'self-diagnosed'. I did not declare the label upon myself, I was simply doing my research and looking for answers on the internet as to why I feel withdrawn from the world. I've been interested in psychology for a long time now so I like to do my research. APD can sometimes be misunderstood. I always appear confident or upbeat, but it's more of a defense mechanism on the outside of me. I'm confident in my own skills/intelligence and enjoy myself, nature and having fun, but I am absolutely terrified of being embarrassed. This causes me to withdraw and put up a front. I'm not sure a school counselor is the best option, as I am afraid of exposure... someone even from my city knowing about this is one of my worst fears. I'm totally afraid and that's part of this disorder.

thank you so much. Though i play a bunch of sports, i never had much luck making friends, and I am older, im 13, looking back on it, it makes me wanna cry. I still have no self-confidence. What if it turns out to be exactly like the school I went to. I know i have a clean slate and no one knows me, but i cant do that agian.
