Try and differentiate yourself from them. Find a completely different style that you like. Ex, if theyre all preppy, go for a more alternative style. Also, (I know this answer always sounds cliche BUT) join clubs and have afterschool activities. Make a lot of friends so that you don't have to spend tooooo mcuh time with them. Eventually, you might become thankful that you have them. Try and find some differences and distance yourself from them a little, and you can become a different person.

I'm going through something pretty similar right now, except he doesn't know and the other girl is my best friend. So when you talk to him about it, make sure you don't say anything thats not true. Tell him that you really do want him to be happy, and that if both of you can't be happy, then at least he can. But if it's true, tell him that you don't know if any other girl could be good for him. They might not have feelings as deep as yours, and they might hurt him.

You should read the instructions in the box to see how to put them in and take them out, or im sure they'd be on a tampax or playtex site. but breifly, you hold the top cylander with oyur thumb andmiddle finger, and you have your first finger on the bottom end of the lower cylander. You push it into your vagina so that the first cylander is almost completely in, and then using your first finger push the lower cylander up. once its all the way up, you pull the upper cylander back out(the lower will come too) and the tampon stays up.
you can wear it for 6-8 hours.
It shouldnt hurt, unless you're just starting your period and theres not a lot of blood to lubricate your vagina. if thats the case, you can put a little bit of lube or vasaline on the upper cylinder and it will slide right up. it really owuldnt hurt too much without it though. it might also hurt taking it out if theres not enough blood in it, but you'd figure out how long it takes for you to fill a tampon pretty quickly. and again, it wouldnt hurt too badly, just a little.

under a white skirt: wear white boyshorts. they dont leave panty lines, and theyre hard to see under clothes.
colour of bra for a dress: go with something thats a similar colour to the dress, or a colour thats near your skin colour. You could also try black with a dark dress or white with a light dress.
