Well there is a lot of ways you can lose that extra weight, It doesn't seem like it's bad though. But something you would first want to do is start eating healtier. Which means cutting down on the junk food & also soda. I'm not saying that you can never eat it, but just cut down on it. Also, you may conside on joining a gym. I recomend 'Club Fitness'. They also have personal trainers that will help you, and you will be in shape in no time, I'm a member there, and have expirenced it all. It didn't take long for me, I had to watch what I ate, and went there everyday.

Welll I have one suggestion, I think you should use lotion while giving it, because the penis is usually very dry, and very rough, and makes it hard for you to go up & down. And so when you use lotion it makes it easier, also try and make you hands tighter as you go, because of course it feels better to them.

Okay well first of alll, guys don't like it when a girl is sad & depressed all the time. Guys like when the'r girlfriend is happy, because then at the same time he can be happy as well. Guys hate it when a girl calls herslelf ugly or anything, he'd rather like to hear that you think you look good. That's just how guys are, & we can't help it.
If your sad, which means you probably want him back.. Well talk to him about him, & tell him how you feel about the whole thing, if he's mature enough, he'll understand it.
